<p align="justify">To pursue her passion for baking, she headed to Los Angeles and studied at the Culinary Institute of America. She then worked in Los Angeles' Ritz Carlton Hotel for two years at Laguna Niguele. Returned to Singapore, worked at Saint Pierre as a pastry Chef for four years and the last year in Archangel.</p>
<p align="justify">Audrey has also published her own dessert book "LUST for Love of Chocolates", which is filled with simple recipes using chocolates. It is published by Marshall Cavendish Cuisine and available at major bookstores in Singapore. Malaysia and UK.</p></font>
